I report to the trustees on my examinatlon of the finan¢lal statements of Dan Wnteffs (the charitable company) for
the year ended 31 May 2023.
Responslbllltles and basls of report
As the Irustees of the charitable company (and also its directors for the purposes of company lawl you are
responsible for the preparation of the financial statements in accordance with Ihe requirements of the Companies
Act 2006 (the 2006 Act).
It is my responslbility to:_
examine the financial statements under section 65 of the Charltes Act (Northern Ireland) 2008;
follow the procedures laid down in the general Directions given by Ihe Charity Commission for Northem
Ireland under section 65(91{bl of the Act., and
state whether particular matters have Come to my att6ntion.
Basls of Independent examiner's report
I have completed my examinalion. I confirm that no matters have come to my attentlon in connection with the
examination givlng me cause to believe that in any material respect..
accounting records were not kept in respect of the charitable company as required by Se￿lOn 386 of the 2006
the financlal statements do not accord with those records., or
the financial statements do not comply with the accountlng requirements of section 396 of the 2006 Act other
than any requirement that the a¢¢ounts give a true and fair view which is not a matter considered as part of an
independent examination., or
the financlal statements have not been prepared In accordance with the methods and principles of the
Statement of Recommended Practice for accounting and reporting by charities applicable to charities
preparing thelr accounts in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK ar¥J
Republic of Ireland (FRS 102).
