**Purposes:** The objects of the Charity are: (i) To pursue the health and welfare of individuals suffering from alcoholism, alcohol related diseases and alcohol related secondary mental health problems within Northern Ireland ('the area of benefit'), (ii) The provision of counselling, treatment and support for such individuals and their families, (iii) The provision of residential alcohol-free accommodation for such individuals with the aim of encouraging their rehabilitation and development of their full potential as members of society ('the target group in the area of benefit').
