**Purposes:** The Company shall be established to promote trust and understanding amongst cultures in conflict by working with accredited organisations in Northern Ireland, Ireland, the US, EU, Africa, and Middle East to coordinate youth leadership and conflict resolution trainings and programmes both within and outside of Northern Ireland.
