As the charlty's trustees you are responslble for the preparation of the
accounts In accordance wlth the Charltles Art (Northern Ireland) 2008.
It Is my responslblllty to:
examlne the accounts under sectlon 65 of the Charltles Att
follow the procedures lald down In the general Dlrectlons glven by the
Commlsslon under sectlon 65(9)(b) of the Charltles Act
state whether partlcular matters have come to my attentlon.
Basls of Independent examlner's report
I have examlned your charlty accounts as requlred under sectlon 65 of the
Charltles Art and my examlnatlon was carrled out In accordance wlth the
general Dlrectlons glven by the Charlty Commlsslon for Northem Ireland
under sertion 65(9)(b) of the Charltles Art.
My examlnatlon Included a revlew of the accountlng records kept by the
charlty and a comparlson of the accounts presented wlth those records. It
also Included conslderatlon of any unusual Items or dlsclosures In the
accounts, and seeklng explanatlons from you as charfty trustees concemlng
any such matters.
My role Is to stste whether any materlal matters have come to my attentlon
glvlng me cause to belleve:
l. That accountlng records were not kept In accordance wlth sectlon 63 of
the Charltles Art
2. That the accounts do not accord wlth those accountlng records
3. That the accounts do not comply wlth the accountlng requlrements of the
Charltles Art
4. That there Is further Infonnatlon needed for a proper understandlng of the
accounts to be reached.

I have completed my examlnation and have no concems In respect of the
matters (l) to (4) Ilsted above and, In connertlon wlth followlng the
Dlrertlons of the Charlty Commlsslon for Northern Ireland, I have found no
matters that require drawlng to your attentlon.
