As the charltfs trustees you are responsible for the preparatlon of the accounts in
accordance with the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2CM)8.
It is my responsibllity to:
examine the accounts under sÈction 65 of the Charities Act
• follow the procedures laid down in the general Dlrectlon$ 8lven by the Commisslon
under section 65{9llbl of the CharltSes Act
• state whether partlcular matters have cometo my attention.
I have examined your accounts as requlred under section 65 of the Charitles Act.
My examination Included a review of the accounting records kept by the AssoclatSon
and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also included
consideration of any unusual items or d55cIosures in the accounts and seeking
explanations from you as charity trustees concernin8 any such matters.

I have completed my examlnation of the accounts of the Dlamond Communlty
Development A550ciation and have no concerns wlth respect to any rnaterial matters
relating to the accounts and In connection with followin8 the dlrections of the
Charlty Commlsslon for Northern Ireland.
Therefore, I have found no matters that require drawlng to your attentlon.
