ENNISKILLEN YACHT CLUB CHARITABLE TRUST REPORT TO THE TRUSTEES for the ear ended 30 Se tember 2024 Structure Governance and Management The charity is an unincorporated association governed by its Trust Deed and registered with this Charity Conunission for Northern Ireland on 18 May 2016. The management and administration for the charity is the responsibility of the charity trustees. Objectives and Activities The charity's objectives are for the public benefit and are restricted to the following: (l) To assist the work of Schools, Youth Clubs, Sailing. Canoeing and other water-based clubs in County Fern1anagh. (2) To assist charitable bodies such as the RNLI, South West Area Hospital Comforts Fund and all other charitable bodies. (3) To assist in the relief of hardship in the case of individuals residing in the County of Fermanagh. Achievement and Performance The organisation receives dividends and interest from Stock Exchange Securities and Investments which it distributes annually in the fomi of grants and bursaries. The organisation provides funding to schools, youth groups and community organisalions to enable their participation in water-based sports through small grants and bursaries. Donations are made to local charities such as the RNLI. Eight charitable organisations within County Fern]anagh were grant funded in 2024 amounting to £8,000 (2023:£Nil).
