Structure Governance and Management
The charity is an unincorporated association governed by its Trust Deed and registered with this
Charity Commission foi Northern Ireland on 18 May 2016.
The management and administration for the charity is the responsibility of the charity truslees.
Objectives and Activities
The charity's objectives are for the public benefit and are restricted to the following:
(l) To assisi the work of Schools, Youth Clubs, Sailing, Canoeing and other water-based
Clubs in County Femianagh.
(2) To assist charitable bodies such as the RNLI. South West Area Hospital Comforts Fund
and other charitable bodics.
{3) To assist in the relief of hardship in the case of individuals residing in the County of
Fern]anagh
Achievement and Performance
The organisation receives dividends and interest from Stock Exchange Securities and
Investments which il distributes annually in the forn] of grants and bursaries.The organisation
provides funding to schools, youth groups and community organisations to enable their
participation in water-based sports through small grants and bursaries. Donations are made to
local charities such as the RNLI. There were no bursaries or grants made in the year ended 30
September 2023

The results for the year ended 30 September 2023 are set out on pages 4 and 5 of the financial
statements.
