physical, mental and spiritual health
of both serving and retired Police
Officers and Police Staff who face a
highly stressful working environment
with continued need for support post
retirement.
The benefits to these individuals is
evidenced through our contact with
members and supporters over the
reporting period who sought our
assistance via various methods
including post, Email, Facebook and
telephone. Direct assistance is
offered though events, local Single
Points Of Contact (SPOCs) and Field
Workers.
Activities undertaken during the
reporting period are listed at the

section.
In 2022 CPA introduced a new Office
Bearing role to Committee namely
“Wellbeing and Pastoral Support
Coordinator.” In 2024 5 volunteer
leaders received training on the| 2 ||delivery Kintsugi Hope wellbeing
courses, they have subsequently ran
successful courses which were open
and advertised to all police officers

Workers and Wellbeing and Pastoral
Support Coordinator.
The charity also seeks to arrange a

during the reporting period|In 2025 the following activities took
place:
 Weekly Thought for the Week
shared with CPA mailing list for
support and encouragement
 Distribution of quarterly
magazine to members and
supporters
 Committee meetings bi
monthly
 2 Trustee meetings per year| |---|---| 3  Fortnightly & Monthly share and prayer meetings hosted by charity members at 3 separate locations.  Reviewing and inputting into the development of PSNI Service Instructions and Policies  CPA raised over £1,000.00 to support other charities including the Kintsugi Hope, CPA UK and The Salvation Army  CPA ran a 12 Week Kintsugi Hope Wellbeing programme with 6 officers and staff in attendance encouraging them to deepen their personal walk with Christ. On average 3 trained facilitators were involved each week.  A fellowship breakfast open to the whole of PSNI.  CPA shared an online Easter message  4 charity members participated in the annual 3 day CPA UK National Conference  International Day of Prayer for the Emergency Services including zoom meetings 4  Charity members participated in student officer information/family evenings  CPA had an information stand at Team PSNI events.  CPA Holiday Bible Week where charity members and supporters enjoyed teachings, fellowship, a children’s club and a family fun day  CPA have spoken at various church events and participated in partnership events such as ROC & a local church meetings  4 charity members participated in the annual 3 day CPA UK Leaders Conference  In person Carol Service ‐ a series of short videos with readings, carols and comments from colleagues in PSNI and other emergency services  CPA ran their first annual children’s Christmas Card Competition for the Chief Constable  Regular contact with other faith based organisations 5  Charity member remains a participant of a number of PSNI working groups  A Padel tennis event was ran for anyone from PSNI, family and friends  2 volunteer field workers remain in place  Peer support offered via SPOCs and Field Workers ## **Financial Review** |Review of Income / Expenditure|For the period 01/01/25 to 31/12/25
the charity had a total income of
£38,078.51.
The total expenditure for the same
period was £14,330.88.
Balance on 31/12/25 was £23,745.91.
These funds are held in order to
meet the planned and unforeseen
expenditure of the Charity.
All funds are unrestricted.| |---|---| |Financial Review|The Charity continued to receive
income from the free will donations
of members and supporters with
some serving Police and Police staff
utilising the PSNI Payroll giving
scheme. A number of gifts and| 6 ||donations were also received from
churches and faith based
organisations.
The Charity is financially stable and

most appropriate usage of all funds.
Payroll giving income will continue to
be encouraged for serving PSNI
members and supporters of the
