I report on the accounts of the company forthe year ended 31 October 2023, which are set out on pages
1to8.
Respective responsibilities of charitytrustees and examiner
As the charitytrustees {and also the dlrectors of the companyfor the purposes of company law) you are
responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requir8ment of the Companies
Act 2006. Having satisfied myself thatthe charity is not subjectto audit under company law. and is
eligible for independent examination, it is my responsibility to:
Examine the accounts under section 65 of the Charities Act
Follow the procedures l81d down in the general Directions given bythe Charity Commission for
Northern Ireland under section 65(91{b) of the Charities Act
St8te whether particular matters have come to my attention.
Basls of Independent examlner's report
I have examlned your charity accounts as required under section 65 of the Charities Act and my
ex8mination wa8 carried out In accordance with the general Directions glven bythe Charity Commlssion
for Northern Ireland under section 65(9)Ib) of the Charities Act. The examinatlon Included a review of the
accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the 8ccounts presented with those records.
It also included conslderatlon of any unusual items or dSsclosures in the accounts and Seeking
explanation8 from you a8 charltytrustees concerning any such matters.
My role Is to state whether any material matters have come to my attentlon giving me cause to believe:
1 . That 8ccountlng records were not kept in accordance with section 386 of the Comp8nies Act 2006
2. That accounts so not accord with those accounting records
3. Thatthe accounts do not comply with the accounting requirement8 of Sectlon 396 of the Comp8nies
Act 2006 and wlth the methods and principles of the Charities Statement of Recommended Practice
applicable to charities preparing their account8 in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard
applicable in the UK and Republic of Ire18nd.
4. Thatthere is further information needed for 8 proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
Independent examlner's statement
I have completed my examination and have no concerns in respect of the matters (1) to (4) listed above
and, in connection with following the Directions of the Charity Commlssion for Northern Ireland, I have
found no matters that require drawing to your 8ttention.
