**Purposes:** The Objects are to advance education and to promote the preservation and protection of health of primary school age children (‘the beneficiaries’) in Dungannon and its environs (hereinafter called the “area of benefit”) by the provision of educational and recreational facilities out of school hours in the interests of social welfare without distinction of gender, disability, ethnic identity, nationality or religion.
