Purpose
For the advancement of the inhabitants of the Mazetown area, without dis�nc�on of age, sex, religion, disability, poli�cal, or other opinion. To provide facili�es in the interests of social welfare, educa�on, recrea�on, or other leisure �me ac�vi�es for local inhabitants.

Ac�vi�es
During the year we held a number of classes and talks. These included a Pool Tournament, Night at the Races, Community Quiz, Line Dance Class and Floral & Sewing Classes. Talks on Green Energy, Pain�ng on Silk Workshop, PowerPoint and talk on CCNI Registra�on, Children’s Christmas party, and Fes�ve Fayre. Certain Groups use our premises on a regular basis, such as: RBL, WI, Arts and Lecture Classes. Feedback from our ac�vi�es has been most posi�ve, and we hope to con�nue to bring benefits to our community in the future.
Safeguarding policies. Quarterly mee�ngs are held and recorded. Regular updates on the financial posi�on are received. Community programmes are held throughout the year for the benefit of all. Regular contact is kept with funding agencies, and local council employees. Training programmes are a�ended, and informa�on is circulated through FB and WhatsApp.

In September 2023 we installed a PV System. This has been most successful, reducing our kWh usage for the following 10 months by 45%. In addi�on, we exported the equivalent kWh to the grid. This has reduced any impending threat to the charity, by way of energy costs.
No other threats are envisaged.
We have current policies in place such as Financial and An�- Fraud, which are regularly updated.
