OECSG is a voluntary sector membership organisation representing ethnic minority groups and their supportive organisations primarily within the Omagh district area, but also including County Tyrone and the whole of Northern Ireland Purpose 1: Promote good relations in Northern Ireland (herein called the area of benefit) Purpose 2: Endeavour to eliminate isolation and discrimination on the grounds of race in the area of benefit Purpose 3: Encourage equality of opportunity within the area of benefit between people of different racial groups
