  (b)\tto promote social inclusion for the public benefit by working with children and young people who are socially excluded or at risk of becoming socially excluded on the grounds of their youth, substance abuse or dependency, poverty, poor educational or skills attainment, crime or social and economic position and circumstances, in order to relieve the needs of those young people who are socially excluded or at risk of social exclusion and assisting them to integrate into society;  (c)\tto promote or assist in the promotion, facilitation and organisation of \tcommunity based capacity building programmes and projects for the \tbeneficiaries within the area of benefit who have need of such \tassistance as a result of their \tyouth, substance abuse or dependency, \tpoverty, poor \teducational or skills attainment, crime or social and \teconomic position and circumstances, in an effort to increase the \tabilities, skills and self-confidence of such beneficiaries;  (d)\tto advance education among public bodies and statutory agencies who \twork with children and young people convicted of offences or deemed \tto be at risk of offending or committing other harmful activities by \tproviding support, advice, training, research and information and \tassisting in the promulgation and implementation of effective policies \tand good practice concerning youth justice policy and initiatives \taffecting the beneficiaries;  (e)\tto relieve poverty by the promotion or assistance in the promotion, \tfacilitation and organisation of adequate, accessible and quality \tprogrammes of vocational and educational training, work experience \tschemes, information and support in an effort to acquire skills and \tretraining to assist the beneficiaries in obtaining employment;
