The charity's Iruslees are responsible for the preparation of the financial statements in accordance with the
Charities Act {Nl) 2008. Having satisfied myself that the charity is eligible for independent examination, il is my

follow the procedures laid down in the general directions given by the Charity Commission for Northern

Basis of Independent examiner's report
I have examined the charity fin8nci?I statements as required under section 65 of the Charities Aet INI) 2008
and my examination was carried in accordance with the general directions givèn by the Charity Commission
for Northern Ireland under section 6519llbl of the Charitie5 Act (NII 2008. The examination included a review
of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the financial statements presented with
thosè records. It also included consideration ol any unusual items or disclosures in the linancial statements,
and seeking explanations from you as charity Iruslees con￿rnIng any such matters.
My role is lo stsle whether any material mallers have come to my allenlion giving me Cause to believe..
1. That accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 65 of the Charities Act INI) 2008,.

2008 and with the rnelhods and principles ofihe Charities Slalement of Recommended Practice applicable
to charities preparing their financial slalemenls in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standards
applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland,.
