TRUSTEE'S REPORT (INCLUDING DIRECTORS, REPORT) For the year ended 31 March 2025 Review of Actlvlties, Achievements and Performance. During the year support has been provided to rural communlty groups In the Armagh, Banbrldge, Craigavon, Llsburn and Castlereagh area to improve the quallty of Ilfe for all people of the area. TADA strlve to develop capaclty and leaderSh￿P skllls asslstlng to empower and sustaln local communltles. Support Is provided on good governance, Charlty Commlsslon reglstration and annual reportlngi completing funding appllcatlons and project actlon plannlng. Regular emails go out to educate and provide groups wlth advSce, guldance, informatlon of actlvlties and events, tralnlng and funding. TADA Is one of seven Rural Support Network provlders In Northern Ireland awarded the DAERA Rural Communlty Development Support Service contracted to provlde local communlty development support and an advlce servlce to the rural communities. TADA supports the sustalnablllty of vlbrant rural communltles, by providlng Snformatlon, advocacy, capaclty building and partnershlp worklng. TADA primarlly work In the rural areas of Armagh, Banbrldge and Cralgavon areas but we also have a Jolnt contract with our slster network, County Down Rural Support Network, to work In Llsburn and Castlereagh rural areas. Flnancial Revlew Financlal Performance At the end of the flnanlcal year the company had assets of £209,296 (2024 - £182,647) and liabilltles of £14,003 (2024 - £16,795). The net assets of the compnay have Increased by £29,441. Reserves Policy The Trustees have confirmed £80,000 as the level of free reserves that the charlty alms to have on an ongoing basls. The trustees belleve thls level of free reserves Is essentlal to cover runnlng costs and redundancles should fundlng cease. structure, Governance and Management Organlsational structure The charitable company Is a company Ilrnlted by guarantee, not havSng a share capltal. The charltable cornpany was establlshed under a Memorandum of Associatlon whlch establlshed the objects and powers of the charltable company and Is governed under its Artlcles of Assoclation. In accordance vvlth the Artlcles of Assoclation, the members to retire by rotation shall be those who have been longest in offlce slnce their last election, and the relevant motlon wlll be put at the Annual General Meeting.
