Joshua Project World Ministries Annual Report April 2022 to March 2023
This is the annual report for the year 2022/23 of Joshua Project World Ministries (JPWM). The aim of the committee is to increase awareness of JPWM and to raise funds and donations for JPWM. The finances are used for ministry expenses and to provide a monthly salary for Andrew McKnight in Romania.
Our bank and cash balances commenced at £14,144 and £16,772 was raised and donated.
£10,002 was used for ministry expenses.
Supplies of clothing, toiletries, baby products, non-perishable food and toys was received in October from Northern Ireland and was used to pack Christmas bags and food hampers. A team from Texas helped with the Christmas bag outreach in December. Refugees from Ukraine have come to Romania and the project has been able to help some of them through this outreach.
The day centre in Resita is fully reopened and provides counselling, warm meals, bible study, prayer, fun activities and practical help to children, teenagers, young adults and families.
The team provide practical support to the 45 residents in the care home for the elderly in Anina and led a carol service in December.
Our AGM was held on 31[st] January 2023.
