St Mark's Parish Church Independent Examiner's Report To the Trustees of St. Mark's Parish Church I report on the accounts of the charrty forthe year ended 31 December 2022 which are set out on pages 11- 20. Resperti¥e responsibilities of charitytrnstees and examiner A5 the charity trustees you are responsible forthe preparation of accounts in accordance with the Charities Art (Northern Ireland) 2008. It is my responsibl￿ to: * Examine accounts under section 65 of the Charities Act: Follow the procedures laid down in the general dirertions given by the Charity Commission under section 651911bl of the Charities Art: ' State whether any particular matters have come to my attention. Basls of independent exarninerfs report I have examined your charity accounts as required under secti04 65 of the Charities Act and my examination was carried out in accordance with the general directions given by the Charty Commission for Northern Ireland under section 6519llbl of the Charities Art. My examlnation included a revlew of the accourting records kept by the charity and a comparlson of the accounts presented with those records. It also included consideration of any unusual Items or dlsclosures Sn the accounts and seeking explanations from you as charity tnstee5 con￿mIng such matters. My role 15 to state whether any material matters have come to my attentlon gi￿n8 me cause to believe: l. That the accounting records were not kept in accordance with 5ertion 63 of the Charities ACL. 2. That the accounts do not accord wrth those accounting records: 3. That the accounts do not comply with accounting requirements of the Charities Act; 4. That there 15 further information needed for a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
