Independent Exarniner's Report to the Trustees of
Tanvalley & Anaghlone Project Charitable Company
I report on the a¢￿ullts of the charity for the year ended 30th November 2022 which are set out on
pages 9 to 15.

As the charily's t￿￿teeS (who are also the directors of thc company foT the purposes of company law)
you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requircments of th¢
CompaDies Act 2006.
Having satisfied myself that the charity is not subjeKt to audit under company law and is eligible for
independent examination, it is my responsibility lo:
• examine the accounts under section 65 of the Charities Act-
to follow the procedures laid down in the general Directions given by the Charity Commission for
Northern Ireland under section 65(9)(b) of the Charities Act. and
. to state whether particular matters have come to my attention.
Basis of Ind¢pendent Examlner's report
I have examined your Lharity accounts ds required under section 65 01 the Charitics Act and my
exaJnination was carried out in a¢cordance with the general Dircctions given by the c.harity
Commission for Northem Ireland under section 65(9) of the Charities Act. The examination included
a review of the accounting recor(Ls kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented
with those records. It also included consideration of unusual item5 or disclosures in the accounts
and seeking explanations from you as charity tr￿￿teeS concerning any such matters.

l. That accounting records were not kept as required by section 63 of tlle Charities Act
2. That the accounts do not accoTd with those accounting records
