Companies Act 2006.
Having sat15fied mys¢lf that th¢ charity is n(rt subject to audit under company law and is eli8ible for
independent examination, it is my responsibllity to:
• examine the accounts under ￿tIOn 65 of Ihe CharitiC5 A
• lo follow th¢ proccdurcs laid down in th¢ 8¢n¢ral Directions givm by th¢ Charity Commission for
Northern Ireland under section 65(9Xb) of the Clwities Ac¢ and
• to state whether particular matters have come to my attention.

I have examined your charity accounts as required under section 65 of the Clwities Act and my
examination was carried in accordance wilh the genernl Directions given by the Clwity
Commission for Northern Ircland undu section 65(9) of the Charities Act. The examination included
a mi¢w of th¢ a￿oUntIn8 rwds kept by the charity •nd a ￿MI￿lSOn of th¢ accounts prcscnted
with those records. It also included consideration of any unusual items or disclosur¢s in th¢ a¢¢ounts
and seeking explanations from you as charity trustees conLwning any such matters.
