One lady recently said that She feels like sh& can be herself around us and that we don't exp&ct her lo have everythng together. This is a huge compliment lo our learn as we want to show everyone that thèy are accepted as thoy are. Our team deal wllh complicated social and mental hèath issues with grac6 and compassion and have a r981 heart to see thg difficult Issues in our community irnprovg. Our volunteers are also wondèrful and we would not bo able lo function as an organisation without them giving of their lime so gen&rously. Our leam has had a f&w changes this year. OurAdministralor Alice Mccallum was off on m81emlly leave until June bul wè were joined In January by Rory O'Halloran as a Youth Worker and in September by Emma Trimble as a new Children's Worker. Reuben Johnston, a Youth Worker with us for 8 years, moved on lo a position as Curalo in Wlllowfield Parish Church. We wish him all tha best as he moves on to hls role. The WPCA Board of Tiustees has agaln been a great help and support. We said goodbye lo Wayne Mulholland who had be8n a TTuslee for a year and welcomed Andy Ctsuiter. who brings years ol experience in youth wot* and community work. We are hug8ly thankful lo Wayne for his lime as a Trustee and wish him all the best as he moves on.
