Main activities during the year Lower Mourne Pre-school has b¢nefited the public by providin8 a high standard of pr¢s¢hool eduiation for children below the compulsory school age. We have provided a high standard of childcar¢ at an affordable price to enable all families to avail. Main Achievements on the year We provided a high standard of care and education for a large number of children from th¢ local and surrounding coinmunity without pr¢judice. This has enhanced th¢ lives of many and ¢nabled them ac¢¢5S to learn through play henc¢ giving them a foundation for life-long learning. Constitution The constitIOn was set out in 2015 and reviewed each year, which sets out meinbership. subscriptions and manageii)eiit polieies as w¢ll as powers of the committce and conduction of meetings. Voting powcis and rules of procedures have be¢n s¢t out as well as the role of the treasurer within the group. Finally, the curreiit constitution is held on file by thc Charities Commission.
