Activities
To advance reconciliation and conflict resolution, citizenship and community development through the promotion, development and delivery of restorative justice, restorative practices and mediation throughout society in an effort to heal hurt and harm in particular but not exclusively by: (a) working to heal hurt and harm, to support offenders / harm doers and victims / survivors of crime and anti-community behaviour; (b) working with those who are deemed the most vulnerable, disadvantaged and disenfranchised as well as those who are at an increased risk of becoming involved in harm doing or crime; (c) supporting individuals and groups in the community including families, young people, ethnic minority groups and others; (d) to advance community safety and restorative wellbeing via the delivery of specialist and innovative programmes to create a peaceful and inclusive society. To advance education, raise awareness and understanding of restorative practices, restorative justice and related issues impacting the community through training, advocacy, peer support, community engagement and by any other charitable means. To advance health and wellbeing by promoting the preservation of health and delivering, or assisting to deliver, specialist programmes. To prevent or relieve poverty by any charitable means as the directors may decide.
