The Club has a membership payment, whith enables people frorn the above Council areas who are in financial hardship, the opportunity to pay the fees over a two-month period. The Club wlll always treat their members wlth respect and ensure they have every opportunity to gain beneffts such as skills and experien￿. whith could lead them to assist other members through coachln& ACHIEVEMENTS IN YEAR ENDING 4- APRIL 2023 (l) This year with the aub has grown slowly, followin8 Covid 19 many of our Members deaded not to return following Cowd 19, this resulted in the Club having to leave the West Down Zone and League as we were required to have 16 members with the abilityto bowl weekly in the League or be able to play Zone bowls. (2) As a Club that now plays "FrI￿dI￿ matches only we now only play one night for two hour& There is a much more relaxed enwronment and bowllng is enjoyed by all the members. This season we managed to arran8e one home friendly matth and that will be reaprocated at the beginning of next season.

STRUCTURE GOVERNANCE AND MANAGEMENT GOVERNING DOCUMENT AND CONSTITUTION The Club is unincorporated and is govemed by a constitution adopted 15 November 2005 and last amended 19 May 2015. The Club is run entlfely by Its members, who pay an annual membership subsuiption. As of 5 April 2022 the aub had a membership of 13. SELEclloN OFTRusfEESAND MANAGEMENT The aub Is managed by a Commlttee, which consists of all the appointed trustees. The Committee meets at least four times during the year. However, on occasions other Issues may arise. whlch require additlonal meetln85. Withln the year ending 4 April 2023, four meetlngs were held. In attendance at these meetings was as follows: Full attendance: Lillian Walker. Maureen Daly, Roy Mcaeary, Mervyn Mthnley Isobel Hamilton attended only one meeting and asked to be removed from the Committee. At a meeting on 24 January 2023 it was agreed by all members that Stephen Daw50n be Co-opted onto the committee in pla￿ of Isobel Hamilton. The strutture of the meetings are as follows: (a) The Chairperson provides an overview of pro8ress to date, of the tsrgets set at the Annual General Meetin& (b) The Treasurer presents the latest accounts and these are discussed relative to the forecart specified at the Annual General Meetln& (c) The Secretsry provEdes an overview of the meetings held and reports regarding any Friendly matches. (d) The meetlng Is then open to all members to discuss any other relevant business issues within the aub. (e) The Chairperson summarises the Issues raised at the meeting and then doses the meetln& At the final meeting of the year the Annual Report and Ststement of Accounts will be approved by the Trustees and presented to the members at the Annual General Meeting.

At the Annual General Meeting on 4 April 2019 it was agreed that the Club would start a junior section. which indudes boys and girls aged 8 to 18. The Club now has one man and one women, who have attended a SafeguardingTrust semlnar and been checked by Access Nl. Both members have been accepted and received Certificates acknowledging this. The Club declares that we are satisfied that we have made the necessary checks required to safeguard all our benefiaaries. The insurance covers St. Patricvs Church Hall, Donaghdoney Parlsh, which is used by SL Patricys Bowling Club. The Club is very appreciative of the Parish, not only for offering the use of the Hall. but adding the Club into the overall Insurance Cover. whilst they are in the Hall.
