who are In finandal hardship. the opportunity to pay the fees over a ￿0￿￿onth perlod.

ACHIEVEMENTS IN YEAR ENDING 4 APRIL 2022
(l) This year ￿7th the aub emer8ed foll¢>wln8 the ease up In Covld 19 re8ulation& The
aub dosed on 5 March 2020 and reopened on 5 October. The Wert Dovm Zone
and League were not open for bowllng atthls date.
(2) Dve to Covld 19 restrictlons the aub Trustees dedded In pathership with the
Churth regulations that one hour of friendly bowling could trke Pla￿ vhth safety
measures In pla￿ to protert the rnembershlp. many of who were dassed as
¥wlnerable. thi5 induded a ieinr of all members In attendance earh nlght and

suffioent but the majority weTe happy to resume.

At the final meetlng of the year the Annual Report and Ststement ofAccounts will be
approved by the Trnstees and presented to the members at the Annual General Meetlng
unfortunately due to Covld 19 restrlctlons no AGM was held for year endlng 41412021 as a
result of the death of our ChalrpefsoTr Mr Davld Carson on 2411V20 the Vlceihalrperson
has filled the role unlll a full AGM can be held fa￿ to face and a new Chalrperson voted In.

thelr current rnernbership. At the Annual General Meetin8 on 4 April 2019 it was a8reed
that the Club would start a junlor sectlon, whlch indudes boys and girls aged 8 to 18. Four
members of the aub. two men and two women, have attended a Safeguarding Trust
5ernlnar and been thecked by Access Nl. All four members have been accepted and received
