The directors are responsible for preparing the Dlrectors, Report and the financial statements In accordance wlth applicable
law and regulatlons.
Company law ￿qUIreS the directors to prepare financial statements for each financial year. Under that law the directors have
elected to prepare the financlal statements In accordance with United Klngdom Generally Accepted Accounting Practice
(United Klngdom Accounting Standards and appllcable lawl. Under company law the director5 must not approve the financial
statements unless they are satlsfied that they glve a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the company and of the
surplus or deficit of the company for that perlod, In preparlng the financial Statements the directors are reqUI￿d to:

transaction5 and dlsclose with reasonable accuracy at any time the financial position of the company and enable them to
ensure that the flnancial statements comply with the Companles Act 2006. They are also responsible for safeguarding the
a55ets of the company and hence for taking reasonable steps for the preventlon and detecrion ol fraud and other
irregularities.
The clirectors are responsible for the maintenance and integrity of the corporate and financial Informatlon Included on the
company's website. Legislation in the Unlted Kingdom governing the preparation and dissemination of flnancial statements

directors that we have done so, and to state those matters that we have agreed to state to them in this report and for no

2. Accountlng Pollele$
2.1. Basls of Preparatlon of Flnanclal Statemènts
The financlal statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with Financlal
Reporting Standard 102 5ectlon IA Small Entitles "The Flnar)clal Reporting Standard applicable In the UK and Republic
of Ireland" and the Companies Act 2006.
2.2. Turnover
Turnover Is measured at the fair value of the conslderatlon recelved or receivable, net of discounts and value added
taxes. Turnover Includes revenue earned from the sale of goods and from the rendering of services. Turnover Is
reduced for estlmated customer returns, rebates and other similar allowances.
Sale ol goods
Turnover from the Sale of goods Is recognised when the significant risks and rewards of ownership of the goods has
transferred to the buyer, Thls is usually at the polnt that the customer has slgned for the dellvery of the goods.
Renderlng of servlceg
Turnover from the rendering of service5 is recognised by reference to the stage of completlon of the contract. The
Stage of completion of a contract Is measured by cornparlng the costs Incurred for work performed to date to the total
estlmated contract costs, Turnover Is only recognised to the extent of ￿cOVerable expenses when the outcome of a
contract cannot be estlmated rellablv.
2.3. Tanglble Flxed Assets and Depreclatlon
Tangible fixed assets are measured at cost less accumulated depreclatlon and any accumulated Impairment losses.
Depreciation is provided at rates calculated to write off the cost of the fixed assets, less thelr estlmated resldual value,
over their expected useful lives on the following bases.,

2.4. Stockg and Work In Progre
Stocks and work In pro9ress are valued at the lower of cost and net realisable value after making due allowance for
obsolete and slow-moving Stocks. Cost Includes all direct costs and an appropriate proportion of fixed and varlable
overheads. Work-in-progress Is reflected In the accounts on a contract by contract basis by recording turnover and
related costs as contract actlvlty progresses,

Monetary assets and Ilabllltles In forelgn currencies are translated into sterling at the rates of exchange rulirig at the
balance sheet date. Transactlons in foreign currencies are translated into sterling at the rate ruling on the date OF the
transaction, Exchange dlfference5 are taken into account in af riving at the operating 5urplu5.
