- The Charity's Trustees consider that an audit is not required for this year and that an independent examination is needed. 

As an Independent Examiner, it is my responsibility to: 

Examine the accounts 

- ° To follow the procedures laid down by the Charity Commission 

- ° To state whether particular matters have come to my attention 

## Basis of Independent Examiner’s Report 

My examination, carried out on the 12" February 2026, was in accordance with the general directions given by the Charity Commission. The examination included a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also included consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts and seeking explanations from you as a Trustee/Elder concerning such matters. 

## Independent Examiner's Statement 

In the course of my examination, no matter came to my attention and therefore | am satisfied that Carrickfergus Community Church has kept a good standard of accounting procedures and | believe that the accounts give a true and fair view of the financial dealings of the charity.
