Act (Northern Ireland) 2008.

• examlne the accounts under sertlon 65 of the Charltles Att;
• follow the procedures lald down In the general Dlrectlons glven by the Charlty Commlsslon for Northern Ireland
under sectlon 65{9}{bl of the Charltles Act. and
state whether partlcular matters have come to my attentlon.

I have examlned your charlty accounts as requlred under sectlon 65 of the Charltles Act and my examlnatlon was
carrled out In accordance wlth the general Olrectlons glven by the Charlty Commlsslon for Northern Ireland
under sectlon 65{91{b) of the Charltles Act.
My examlnatlon Included a revlew of the accountlng records kept by the charlty and a comparlson of the
accounts presented wlth those records. It also Included conslderatlon of any unusual Stems or dlsclosures In the
accounts, and seeklng explanatlons from you as charlty trustees concernlng any such matters.
My role Is to state whether any materlal rnatters have come to my attentlon glvln8 me cause to belleve:
l. That accountlng records were not kept In accordance wlth sectlon 63 of the Charltles Act
2. That the accounts do not accord wlth those accountlng records
3. That the accounts do not comply wlth the accountln8 requirements of the Charitles Act
4. That there Ss further Information needed for a proper understandlng of the accounts to be reached.

I have completed my examlnatlon and have no concerns In respect of the matters11) to (4) Ilsted above and, In
connertlon wlth followlng the Dlrectlons of the Charlty Commlssion for Northern Ireland, I have found no
