I report on the accounts of the company for the year ended 31 March 2023, which are set out on
pages 5 to 13.
Respective responsibilities of trustees and examiner
Th¢ trustee5 (wlio arc albu th¥ directors of the company for the purposes of company law) are
responsible for the preparation of the accounts.
Having satisficd myself that th¢ charity is not subj¢LI lu audit under company law and is eligible for
independent examination, it is my responsibility to state, on the basis of my cxamination, whethcr
panicular matters have come to my attention.
Basis of independent examiner's report

of the accounts presented with those records. li also includes consideration of any unusual items or
disclosures in the accounts and seeking explanalions from you as trustees concerning any such
matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidencc that would bc required in an
