REPORT) FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 MARCH 2024 The trustees present their annual report and financial slatemenls for the year ended 31 March 2024. The financial statements have been prepared In accordance with the accounting policies s8t oul in note 1 to the financial statements and comply with the charity's Articles of Association, the Companies Act 2006 and "Accounting and Reporting by Charities: Slat8ment of Recommended Practice applicable to charities preparing their accounts in accordan￿ with the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland {FRS 102} (effective 1 January 2019)" Objectives and activities The principle objective of the charity Is to propagate the Christian gospel. This objective is achieved through the organisation of outreach events and through the publishing, production and dissemination of biblical literature and broadcast material. The Trustees have taken cognisance of the Charity Commission for Northem Ireland's guidance on public benefit as defined in the Charities Acl (Northern Ireland) 2008. The public benefit requirements are met through the advancement of religion by advancing the Chrislian Gospel message locally and wortdwide by the publication, production and dissemination of biblical literature, CDS, DVDS and broadcast material by sale or gift etther singly or in association wlth other compatible bodies. The direct b8nafits which flow from the proclamation of the Christian gospel message of God's love and grace is to bring hope and salvation to the readers, listeners and viewers. These benefits are demonstrated through feedback and testimonies from service users and regLtlar assessment of the malerials. publication and broadcasts being provided. The charity's beneficiaries are the general public, locally and worldwide. We do not believe there are any harms flowing from the purpose. Achievements and performance During the year the charity continued to produce and publish biblical literature and broadcast material, and a number of SUC￿ssful conference5 and events were held. Financial revlew The charity's financial results are set out in d8tsil on pages 5 to 18. The income of the charity is mainly from gifts and donations, and during the year il relied on existing rese￿eS to fijrther its charilable objectives. The results for the year show net expenditure of £91,119 {2023 - £92,643). The charity has no restrict8d funds. At 31 March 2024. the total funds of the charity amounted to £1,389,014 12023 £1,480.133), which entirely represents unre8tricted funds. The trustees consider that th6 charity should maintain free reserves at a level which is sufficiént to cover overheads and administrative costs for a period of at least hvelve months. Al 31 March 2024 the charity had free reserves of £100.708 (2023 - £95.358}.

The Irustee8 hav8 asgessed the major risks to which the chartty is exposed and have astablished syslems and procedures to manage those risks accordingly.
