funds necessary to ensure an ordered and proper closing ol Reach Across. The tnjslees aim to have a
reserve covering at leasl three monlhs expenditure at *iy given time.
OBJECTIVES AND AcnvmES
1. To create, develop and prDvide a slfuctured programme of aclivitieslevents that promole cross
community coniact amongst yourKJ people.
2. To provide personal development for young people Ihrough social and educalional tralning aThJ to
broaden their knowledge of voluniary youth work.
3. To encourage members lo actively parb'cipaie in Ihe p4anrring and running of prLyramme evenis and
Ihereby develop t￿1[ organisational skills.
4. To provide iniemational youth ex¢hange wojecls and overseas volunteering OFPOrtuniles.
5. To provide outdoor education camps consistiNJ of various Outdo￿ actsvib'es, learn building and group
work exercises that aim lo promote confidence and skill base.

The net oulgoing resources lor the year were £15,902 <2022 nel wtgoing resources £2,315). The
company reserves at the year end were £56,630 (2022-£72.532) of which £33,8tl relates to

PLANS FOR FUTURE PERIODS
Stralegic largels ot REACH Across in 2023-24 inclLhJe:
1) To secure long-term core lunding lor slaff, ovr youth programme and our schools programme,
2) To secure long-lerm funding lor a dropin facility, that will allow REACH Across to Fxovide more
coniact, development and intervention opportunilies for young people.
3) To seek new international opportunities as a replacemeni lor the loss ol ERASMUS funding
tor UK or9anisations, as these experiences have been ot immeasurable benefit to past
participants.
To maintain a strong workiry relationship wilh local schools through our accredited citizenship
