The operations of the charity are managed on a day-to-day basis by a Chief Executive, appointed by the Board of Trustees. The Ministry operates in 6 aspects:. youth development through our Youth Academy (5-12 year olds) League teams (13-17 year olds} our schools work (5-18 year old5), summer camp5 and International work, wilh sUPPOrt in all of this through our Prayer Warriors. In setting our objectives and planning our activit-es for the year the trustees have given careful consideration to the Charity Comm 5sion for Northern Ire,'and's guidance on public benefit to ensure that the activities have helped to achieve the charity's purposes and provide a benefit to it5 beneficiar pes. outh Academ Our Youth Academy has again seen qrovith In the last year. not Just in kids coming but also with new volunteer coaches corning on board. As well as this we are now offering a Youn9 Volunteering initiative to our players from the u 17 team who wish to volunteer as part of their DOE award. allowing these young people to grow and develop as leaders whilst received training and mentoring. On a weekly basis between our Youth Academy and Sthools Mlnistry we have the privilege of Mlnistry to and coaching 2,000 young people Our Youth Academy runs from Monday-Thursday evenings with matches on Friday nights and Saturday's. Offering 3 areas of coaching - social. development and league football no-one is excluded. We have now have 10 team5 in the South Belfast League, and they are performing very well. Every evening at our various coaching locations throughout mid and East Antrirn the young people take part In the sessions which include development both on and off the pitch through group discussions on biblical stories and topical issues. These values for life are from a faith-based perspective and help engage young people who have never encounte the Christian faith. see a real modern-day example of how to have a relationshlp with God. For any young person who already has a latIOnShiP with God we help disciple them throughout their time with IJS by the coaches offering mentoring in small groups. We place a high value on Our Volunteers, many who serve two nights a week and a Saturday morning or afternoon and offer many other opportunities such as coach education, coach mentorlng and coaching badges. We are very privileged to be invited into schools in the mid and east antrim area - 17 in total Including prirnary and secondary level, which allows u5 to share the Gospel with 1600 young people weekly. Alongside thi5 we offer programmes which are age relevant and offer help around issues that the voung people are facing, such as bullying, poor mental health and low self-worth. The Viston for our schools. work is tremendous and we are working alongside the schools to offer Leadership Training and Development. We have also been asked to offer our services within the currictslum for PE and sports which we have introduced in the last year. We are also Involved in running three schools. tearns. As the relationship with schools grows the coathes are gettlng more opportunities to share in School Assemblies. We currently have a waitlng list of 30 schools. and we continue to offer opportunitie5 for further volunteer coaches to help make all thi5 reality. In the month of May we launched school festival days, where we go into 1 school for the whole day offering coaching and sharing the beautiful Gospel message. I tim As a full time, team, we actively look al our personal development in areas relevant such as coach education with 3 of our coaches obtaining their'B' Licence and I their'c. licen progressing onto completing thelr'A' and 'B' licence respectively, in the next year. We have one new full-time self-employed coach and l intern. In partnership with Stranmillis College, 8elfast we offer 2 week placement to final year students to help them experience the Ministry, and allow them opportunity to use their gifts to serve others. A number of these Students have joined the team on oversea5 mission, with others coming onto our Internship Programme. In the last year we had teams njnning summer camps localty and also in Kilkenny, Spain, and North Afrlca. Allowing us to expand the reach into the Nation5. This year will have been our 10th year In the Cordoba region of Spain. Coaching for Christ ministry founded ro see lives and communities transformed by Christ through spart- the Vision of whlch has always been to have our own outdoor facility to accommodate the ever-growing Youth Academy. When Coaching for Christ purchased our building in The Diaw.ond, Ahoghill in 2013 it was exactly what we needed for our Ministry especially the indoor football pitch where all our coach ng sessions were carried out. In the last 10 years our Youth Academy has grown. and we now have over 400 young pec,ple coming on a weekly basi5, This has meant that we have been unable to use our ndoor facility for some tir4e, resu Iting in us hiring facilifies all over mid and east Antrim to facilltate the ever-9rowing numbers attending. For Coaching for Christ to continue to expand this essential work and in line with God's clear directlon and through much prayer, we have made decision to sell our current building in Ahoghill and are pleased to say that we are 'sold'. We have also secured offices at 1st Floor, Fairhili House, Ballymena where our administration will be based. and we a now very actively lookin9 for a site in the Mid and East Antrim area. We foresee that the Ministry could be planted in USA end of 202512026 with one of our full-time team fulfilling the Vision to go. We are currently makin9 plans for this exciting new venture.

This committed group cover each coach and the work daily n prayer.
