Basis of Preparation Poyntzpass Community Regeneration Company Ltd is a company incotTrorat¢d ID Northern Ireland. The Company's financial ststements have been prepared in compliance with the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland ("FRS 102") as it applies to the financial statements of the Company for the year ended 31 Augusi 2025. The Company Iransiiioned from previously extant UK GAAP to FRS 102 as of I September 2014. No transition adjustments are required on the transilion to FRS 102.
