As the charity's trustees you are reswnsible for the p￿ParatiOn of Ihe accounts in
accordance with Ihe Charities Act (Northem Ireland) 21XJ8.

I have examined your charity accounts as required under section 65 of the Charities
A￿ and my examination was carried out in accordance with the general Directions
given by the Charity Commission for Northem Ireland under sethion 65(9)(b) of the
Charities Act.
My examination included a review ol the accounting records kept by Ihe charity and
a comparison of the ac￿unIs presented with Ihose recofds. It also indL*Jed
consideration of any unusual items or disdosures in the accounts, and seeking
explanations from you as charity trustees conceming any such matters.
My role is to stste whether any material matters have come to my attention gmng me
cause to believe:
1. That accounting re(x)rds were not kept in accordance with section 63 of Ihe
Charities Act
2. Thai the accounts do not ac(th with those accounting records

4. That there is further information needed for a proper urKlerstanding ol the
