To provide and maintain a forum where member organisations can join together to find mutual support, exchange views, share common issues and information, create a collective voice for the community and voluntary sector and work in partnership with statutory agencies and authorities.  To promote sustainable means of achieving economic growth and regeneration.  To promote good community relations, religious and racial harmony and equality and diversity.  To promote co-operation and partnership working between community and voluntary groups public and statutory agencies and bodies and private sector organisations to help achieve these Objects.
