The trustees present their report and unaudited accounts of the charity for the year ended 30 April 2025.

The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the accounting policies set out in the accounts, the Companies Act 2006 and "Accounting and Reporting by Charities: Statement of Recommended Practice applicable to charities preparing their accounts in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (FRS 102) (effective 1 January 2015)"

Principal activities

The charity's aim is to provide high quality pre-school education for children aged 2 years 10 months to 4 years 11 months. Tiny Tots Preschool offer play based learning over the term time following the pre-school curriculum. We provide a wide range of activities to stimulate the children's imagination, creativity, social, emotional and physical development. The public benefit which comes from these activities is that it prepares each child for their future education in primary school.

As the charity's treasurer I am responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The Management Committee have considered that an audit is not required for this year under section 65(2) of the Charites Act (Northern Ireland) 2008 and that a qualified independent examination has been appointed to ensure that Insight are preparing accrual accounts.

Third party indemnity provisions

The Trustees consider that in preparing the financial statements they have taken into account all information that could reasonably be expected to be available. Tiny Tots Preschool is financed mainly by EA Grants.

Small company provisions

This report has been prepared in accordance with the provisions in Part 15 of the Companies Act 2006 applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

This report was approved by the board on 24 February 2026 and signed by its order.

Independent Examiner's' report to the trustees of

TINY TOTS PRESCHOOL STEWARTSTOWN

I report to the trustees on my examination of the financial statements of Tiny Tots Preschool for the year ended 30 April 2024.

Responsibilities and basis of report

As the trustees of the charity you are responsible for the preparation of the financial statements in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008 (the 2008 Act). You are satisfied that your charity is not required by charity law to be audited and have chosen instead to have an independent examination.

I report in respect of my examination of the charity's financial statements as carried out under section 65 of the 2008 Act. In carrying out my examination I have followed the general Directions given by the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland under section 65(9)(b) of the 2008 Act.

Independent examiner's statement

I have completed my examination, I confirm that no matters have come to my attention in connection with my examination giving me cause to believe that in any material respect:

accounting records were not kept as required by with section 63 of the 2008 Act; or

the financial statements do not accord with those records; or

the financial statements do not comply with the accounting requirements of the 2008 Act; or

the financial statement do not comply with the applicable requirements concerning the form and content of accounts set out in the Charities (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirement that the accounts give a "true and fair" view which is not a matter considered as part of an independent examination.

I confirm that there are no other matters to which your attention should be drawn to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.

5 Pension commitments

The Tiny Tots Preschool contribute 3% of the gross wages to NEST workplace pension plan. Each member of staff which take part in pension plan provided contribute 5% of their gross earnings.
