At Christmas, as usual, we played Christmas carols at our two local nursing homes, namely Brooklands and Slieve Row House. This was enjoyed by both the residents and the staff.

We also held a very well attended Children’s Christmas Party where Santa was in attendance and small gifts were provided for the kids.

During the year we have learned many new pieces developing the skills and abilities of our members through this.

We continue the provision of our free musical resource and tuition to our members and the wider community and continue to work to promote and preserve our Ulster Scots musical culture and traditions by taking part in many events and by explaining the historical context of many of the pieces that we perform.
