I have examined your charlty accounts as required under secllon 65 of the Charllles Act and my examlnatlon
was carried out In accordance wllh the general Directions given by the Charity Commission for Northern
Ireland under sectlon 65(91{b) of the Charilies Act.
My examlnation included 8 revlew of the accounting records kept by the charity and a compari50n of the
accounts presented wilh those records. It also Included consideratlon of any unusual items or disc105ures in
tha accounts, and seeking explanations from you as charity trustees concerning any Such rnatters.
My role Is to state whether any materlal matters have come to my attention glving me cause to believe:
1. That accountlng records were not kept In accordance wth sectlon 63 of th8 Charities Act
2. That the accounts do not accord with those accountlng records
3. That the accounts do not comply with the accounting requirements of the Charllies Act
4. That there Is further Inforrnatlon needed for a proper understsnding of the accounts lo be reached.

I have completed my examination and have no concerns In respect of the mattèrs (1) 10 (4) listed above and,
in connection wlth following the Directions of th8 Charity Commission for Northern Ireland, I have found no
matters that requlre drawlng to your attenuon.
