Gransha Bowlin9 Clu b is non-profit making with net income and resources i
this year of £3386.24 The trustees continue to man age reSoUr￿S in an
efficrent and sustainable manner.
Resenies Policy
Gransha Bowling Club have a Reserves Policy, which requ ires that reserves
are built or maintained at a level which ensures that the organisatsons core
activities could contin ue during a period of u nforeseen difficulty and Ihat the
organ isations known liab41ities will be paid should the organisation cease to
trade.
The trustees present their Trustees, Annual Report prepared in accordance
with Charib'es SORP (effective January 2015) and the independently
examined statements for the year ended 3110312024.
Structure, Governance and Management
Gransha Bowling Club FS govemed by its Constitution that was adopted on
13th Mar¢h 2006. The trustees at the date of this report and those who served
during the financial year together with the dates of any changes are set out
are listed below.

Gransha Bowl¢ng Club plan to contin ue to focus on controlling costs, while
maintaining the h igh standards of service to our benef&ciaries.

The Trustees are responsible for preparing the financial statements in
accordance with applicable law and regulations.
Gransha Bowling Club is registe￿￿ wtth the Charity Commrssion for Northem
Ireland since 1010512017, under reference number NIC103227.
The trustees are responsible for keeping proper accounting records which
disclose with reasonable accuracy at any time the financial posi'tt'on of the
harity and to enable them to en sure thatthe financial statements comply wit
all appropriate regulats"ons. They are also responsibfe for safeguarding the
assets of the charity and hence for taking reasonable steps for the prevents'on
and deteclion of fraud and other irregu larities_

Objectives and Activities
Objectives
The club was estabfished to promote the game of bowls in Gransha and the
wider Enniskillen area. With out disb'n ction of age. sex, race, political, ￿ligIouS
or other opinion. We would provide facilrties in the interests of social welfare
and recreation, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the people
of the local area.
Key Actlvlties In thls Year
Gransha Bowling Club has 20 members who have used the facilits'es of
Gransha Hafi in County Fermanagh for a weekly game of indoor bowls for ten
months of the year. The club members have also participated in the
Fermanagh IndoorBowls Leaque and have taken part in friendly matches and
toumaments with other clubs. The club have also organised an annual
bowling toumamentforvisiting clubs tn Gransha Hall.
Gransha Bowfing Club Trustees have considered Chartty Cornmission for
Northem Ireland's general guidance on public benefit wh8n reviewing our
objectives an d in planning our future activities to ensu re that these achieve
the association's purposes and provide a benefit to beneficiartes.
