Structure, Governance and Management Gransha Bowling Club is governed by its Constitution that was adopted on 13th March 2006. The trustees at the date of this report and those who served during the financial year together with the dates of any changes are set out are listed below. Public address Mr Basil Chambers, 29 Marble Arch Road, Tattenamona, FlOrenCourt, Enniskillen, County Fermanagh, BT92 1GL Objectives and Activities Objectives The club was established to promote the game of bowls in Gransha and the wider Enniskillen area. Without distinction of age, sex, ra, political, religious or other opinion. We would provide facilities in the interests of social welfare and recreation, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the people of the local area. Key Activities in this Year Gransha Bowling Club has 19 members who have used the facilities of Gransha Hall in County Fermanagh for a weekly game of indoor bowls for ten months of the year. The club members have also participated in the Fermanagh Indoor Bowls League and have taken part in friendly matches and tournaments with other clubs. The club have also organised an annual bowling tournament for visiting clubs in Gransha Hall. Gransha Bowling Club Trustees have considered Charity Commission for Northem Ireland's general guidan on public benefit when reviewing our
objectives and in planning our future activities to ensure that these achieve the association's purposes and provide a benefit to beneficiaries. Financial Review Review of Business Gransha Bowling Club is non-profit making with net income and reSoUrS in this year of £3547.52. The trustees continue to mange resources in an efficient and sustsinable manner. Reserves Policy Gransha Bowling Club have a Reserves Policy, which requires that reserves are built or maintained at a level which ensures that the organisations core activities could continue during a period of unforeseen difficulty and that the organisations known liabilities will be paid should the organisation cease to trade. Future Plans Gransha Bowling Club plan to continue to focus on controlling costs, while maintaining the high standards of service to our beneficiaries. STATEMENT OF TRUSTEES. RESPONSIBILITIES for the year ended 3110312023. The Trustees are responsible for preparing the financial statements in accordance with applicable law and regulations. The trustees are responsible for keeping proper accounting records which disclose with reasonable accuracy at any time the financial position of the charity and to enable them to ensure that the financial statements comply with all appropriate regulations. They are also responsible for safeguarding the assets of the charity and hen for tsking reasonable steps for the prevention and detection of fraud and other irregularities. In so far as the trustees are aware: there is no relevant information (information needed by the charity's independent examiner in connection with preparing the independent examiners report) of which the charity's independent examiner is unaware. and the trustees have taken all the steps that they ought to have taken to make themselves aware of any relevant independent examiner information and to establish that the charity's independent examiner is aware of that infonmation.
