As the charity directors you are responsible for the preparation of tlie accounts. The charity's trustees
consider that an audit is not required for tliis year and that an independent examination is iieeded. It is
the trustees, responsibility to:

BASIS OF INDEPENDENT EXAMINER'S STATEMENT
My examination includes a review of the accounting record5 kept by the charity and a comparison of
tlie accounts presented witli those records. It also includes ¢onsideration of any unusual items or
disclosures in the accounts and seeking explanatioi)s from you as trustees conceniing aiiy such
matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence tliat woiild be required in an audit
and coi)sequently no opinion is given as to wheiher the accounts preseiit a 'true aftd fair view, and the
report is limited to diose matters set out in the statsinent below.

In connection with my examination, no matter has come to my attention:
(l ) which gives me reasonable cause to believe tl]at in any material respect the requirements:
to keep a￿ountIng records in accordance witli section 27 of the Charities Act (North¢m Ireland)
