**Purposes:** The charity is established:-  for the relief of financial need in respect of children who are permanently disabled and require ventilation as a result of spinal injuries in road traffic accidents or otherwise and covering inter alis the funding of any medical, surgical, health care, therapeutic, welfare or caring expenses which in the opinion of the Trustees will enhance the quality of life of those children;  in furtherance to those objects to initiate promote and support any projects or projects of research or evaluation into spinal regeneration and/or the care and treatment of ventilator dependent children.

**What the charity does:** The advancement of health or the saving of lives,The relief of those in need by reason of youth, age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage
