GORTIN AFTERNOON CLUB 

ANNUAL REPORT 22-23 

Afternoon Club recommenced on the 18[th] October 2022 after the COVID hiatis.  During this time the club had 3 members who passed away and a further 2 went into a home.  COVID left the club very nervous with 2 members deciding to not return. 

An AGM was held at this meeting and the main trustees stayed in post after re-election in by members.  Reflexology was offered to group and same will take place in the coming weeks for those who would like it.  Bingo began again as a weekly game enjoyed by all. 

The Auld Bank got visited by members in November and the annual Christmas dinner was enjoyed by all in O’Neills bar and bistro.  The group also enjoyed music by Pam Campbell before Christmas. 

The New Year begun again in February with the group enjoying meals out from Council funding and speakers attended the group regularly. 

The financial year ended with another meal for Easter in O’Neills.
