**Purposes:** The Association is established to relieve poverty, to advance education and to promote the preservation and protection of health among people aged 60 or over (hereinafter called the beneficiaries) in Beragh village and rural hinterland in particular: (a)	To provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for the education, recreation and leisure-time occupation of the beneficiaries who, by reason of social or economic circumstances have need of such facilities.
