The trustees. who are also the directors of Skainos Limited for the purpose of company law, are responsible lor
preparing the Trustees Report and the financlal statements in accordance with appllcable law and United Klngdom
Accountlng Stsndards (Unlted Klngdom Generally Accepted Accounting Praclice).
Company Law requires the trustees to prepare financial statements for each financial year which give a true and fair
vlew of the state of affairs of the company and of the incomlng resources and application of resources, includlng the
Income and expenditure, of th¢ chantable company for that year.
In p￿Parfng these financial statements, the trustees are required to:
select suitable accounllng policies and then appty them consistentty.,
- obsep48 the methods and princlple8 in the Charitie8 SORP.,
- make judgements and estimate8 that are reasonable and prudent: and
prepare the fin8nclal statements on the golng concern basls unless It 1$ Inappropriate to presume that the
company wlll contlnue in operatlon.
The trustees are responslble for keeping adequate accounting records that disclose with reasonable accuracy at
any tlme the financial position of the company and enable them to 8nsure that the financial statements comply with
the Comp8nies Act 2006. They are also responsible for Safeguarding the assets of the company and hence for
tsking reasonable steps for the prevention and deledlon of fraud and other irregularities.
Audltor
In accordance with the company's artlcles, a resolution proposing that Ml8campbell & Co be reappointed a$ audltor
of the company will be put at a General Meeting.
Dlsclosuro of Informatlon to audltor
Each of the trustees has confimied that there is no Infomation of which they are aware which Is relevant to the
audit, but of which the auditor is unaware. They have further conflmied that they have taken appropriate steps to
Identify guth relevant informatlon and to 8Stabll8h that the auditor is awar8 of such Information.
