## Activities

**Purposes:** The Forum was formed to:  promote the benefit of the older people of the Coleraine Borough in relation to social, economic, educational and environmental needs, and in particular to facilitate senior resident involvement in the community activity of the area. To undertake projects which will provide a mutual benefit or enhance the environment for the senior residents of Coleraine and promote networking.  To reflect the views and concerns, and to provide a voice for Coleraine's older residents; so to act as a forum to find acceptable solutions to problems, or to suggest areas of improvement, through networking and sharing ideas. To provide a consultation group for agencies whose activities impact on older people.

**What the charity does:** The relief of those in need by reason of youth, age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage
