## Report

In March 2020 with Covid lockdowns and other restrictions the Group took the decision in line with official guidance to suspend all meetings for the foreseeable future.

After the stresses of Covid lockdowns, restricted access and members shielding for health reasons, and also the premises we meet in being renovated, the Group has finally been able to start holding meetings again. As we did not meet for the whole year due to the renovations the rent fee was kindly waived for 2023. Initial meetings have really been for catch up and discuss how the pandemic affected the members of the group and how everyone is now feeling.

We were able to engage speakers on a wide range of topics from health talks, safety talks re fire and safety in own home, re cold callers and also safety on the internet. We had craft demonstrations re flower arranging, card making etc in which members were also able to take part.

The Group went out for a meal to close off the year in June 2023. This function was self-funded.
