In this yEar froTn l April 2022 10 31 March 2023 the charity has continued to work within the objectives and activities as detailed.
Thc Charity has been able to meet its obje¢iives but only as far a5 Its lirnited ￿ndIng during the y¢ar ha5 allowed.
Flnanclal reviejv
Total income deerea5¢d frorn £137.219 to £137,072 in the year to J l st March 2023. The core fijnding of £92,445 received from
the Northcrn Health and Social Care T￿st remains thc chariws main source of income. There was a deficit in th¢ ycar mainly due
to the decrease in NHSCT sippage fi]nding. The trustees are of th¢ opinion that the results for th¢ yeaT are satisfactory, however
increases in thc the cost of living will have a continuing impact on the contributions from mcmbers and fijnding from gfdnts from
outside of the Northern Health and Social Care.

Th¢sc financial statements are prepared on thc going concern basis under the historical c05t convention, as modified by the
revaluation of certain investments, and in accordance with applicable accounting standards including the Statement of
Rccommcnded Practice on 'Aecounting and Reporting by Charities" issued in 2015. The principal accounting policies are set out

All income is includ¢d in the Statement of Financial Activities on an accruals basis.

Resources expended relote directly to the charity's objectives. All exp¢nditur¢ is ac¢ountgd for on an accruals basis and has b¢¢n
classifi¢d under headings that aggregate all cobts related to the category. Where ¢ostg cannot be dircctly attributed to particular
