**Purposes:** The Rock Community Association is established:  to advance citizenship or community development, to advance health and to advance arts and culture and heritage for the inhabitants of Rock and its surrounding areas (area of benefit) in particular by:   a)	Providing recreational facilities for the community. b)	Facilitating capacity building through support, mentoring and advice, education, training both individual and group.Provide education, training, personal, group development and related consultancy services;  2)	To advance any other exclusively charitable purpose as the committee may, from time to time, decide in accordance with the law of charity in Northern Ireland.
