ANNUAL REPORT FOR CAIRDE NA MBEANN-2017
The committee and Trustees of Cairde na mBeann are happy to report that they have had another successful year supporting Naíscoil &Gaelscoil na mBeann.
A total of £868 was raised through fundraising efforts during “Green Day” & Easter 2017.
Another successful Scéim Samhraidh was held in July 2017. This enabled parents to give their children a taster for the Irish Language and an introduction to some of the teaching staff at Naíscoil na mBeann.
Cairde na mBeann continues to support both Naíscoil & Gaelscoil na mBeann in whatever needs they require. We were very happy with a successful Lottery Funding application this year and new equipment will be enjoyed by all the children of both school for years to come.
As our schools are continually growing we hope to provide additional resources over the coming years.
