This is a short report statement following the independent examination of the accounts presented to me by the representative trustees of Armoy Community Association. As trustees you are responsible for the preparation of accounts in accordance with the Charities Act (NI) 2008.
It is my responsibility to:

Examine the accounts under S65 of the Charities Act

- To follow the procedures laid out in the general directions given by the Charity Commission under 565(9)(b) of the Charities Act

- To state whether particular matters have come to my attention
Independent Examiner's Process

As per my responsibilities above, I have examined the accounts against the records presented, considered any unusual items in the accounts, and sought explanations from the representative charity trustees. It is my responsibility to inform the trustees if any materials matters come to my attention, under 4 headings. 1. That account records were not kept in accordance with section 63 of the Charities Act

- That accounts do not accord with accounting records 3. That accounts do not comply with accounting requirements of the Charities Act 4. That there is further information needed for a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.

Having completed an examination of the accounts, there are no material matters which require drawing your attention.
